Let me get this straight -

Frank T. (wonder what that stands for?) Love took ALL ASSETS (if there were any) and put into his own Private Company,

then issued shares of JMCP for other business - one being the wales thing which got 48 Billion shares of JMCP -

then more then likely gave those shares to the mining people for their company BUT STILL PUT IT INTO HIS PRIVATE COMPANY ...........>>>>

Seems we have stock in a SHELL with ZERO ASSETS and 100 BILLION SHARES OUTSTANDING !!!!

What does the SEC DO ??? NOTHING,

well people not even Chris is going to get out of this one ....>>

They have 48 % of the OS shares in JMCP, whom ever it is !!!
