Boy, if that is correct...

We gonna fly soon... $250,000 in earnings with a PE of 25 = .057 PPS. If your link is accurate, looks like a very good thing here.

I am still puzzled... why doesn't a big software company, like that which offers ACT, SAP, etc, pick up this WebDA for cheap?? If insiders control only 35-40 million shares, anybody with a few bucks can buy control for CHEAP.

And if the "debtors" have a significant number of unregistered shares... IF... why would they sell out at these prices? Didn't they loan money assuming a PPS of over .015? And they are looking for a profit, not a break-even.

Thoughts?
