This has been discussed many times before, and I have no new information, but the company line is that besides the orphan designations, 2ME is pretty well covered by patents, and Panzem is 2ME in a proprietary purified form, and Panzem NCD is uniquely Entremed's product.

Personally, I think ENMD1198 (a 2me derivative patented to ENMD) is going to steal the show anyway.
