Joe when I called the reclamationist for DOGAMI he said DGRI is producing under the exploration permit still which restricts mining to 5,000 cubic yard which we all know.What he seemed to say to me, IMO, (everyone do your own DD) as this is opinion, was that in effect has been NO work done and that DOGAMI has received NO paper work towards obtaining the commercial permit. Not sure if that is true but it got me out. In addition there was a remark made about problems at the mill. I did not seek further information as it was right before the market closed and I wanted out so completed the call in order to call my broker.

Now if YOU want to beleive I never talked to Ben that is fine with me. If you also want to beleive in the tooth fairy or Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny that is also fine.
