Go back and read it.No here it is:

<I called the reclamationist for DOGAMI he said DGRI is producing under the exploration permit still which restricts mining to 5,000 cubic yard which we all know. What he seemed to say to me, IMO, (everyone do your own DD) as this is opinion, was that in effect has been NO work done and that DOGAMI has received NO paper work towards obtaining the commercial permit. Not sure if that is true but it got me out. In addition there was a remark made about problems at the mill. >>

"SEEMED TO SAY TO ME" and "AS THIS IS OPINION" but he is the one who said they had received NO paper work towards Dutch obtaining a commercial permit and he said it on or right before the date of that post. In addition he said there were also problems at the mill. He was not specific and I have no idea what they may be. Period. I said nothing about WATER! So send what you like.

In fact do not insinuate I said something about the water as I did not. I said I called the water board which is actually the reclamation board.

I also said "not sure if that is true" but it got me out.

And this " Also no work on production permits IMO." Opinion.

And this "But after I called the reclamation board and found out no production permits, no paper work filed for them, and a little something I may not of mentioned before, "potential" trouble at the milling facilities. LOL. I do not need to put my money into this piece of crap. Maybe way down the road way down there. I will look again. "But the first people I will call will be at the reclamation department as there is a rare state employee with integrity that does not beat around the bush "

So please reread. I stand behind my posts. The statement of no paper work is based upon what I heard direct from Ben at the time. In addition my comment about potential problems at the mill was from words that Ben said to that effect.

So if indeed there is a link proving paper work that has been filed towards commercial production please post it here. If there are permits to move more than 5000 tons per year at Benton and Gold bug please post it here. Now as far as the mill goes I said potential problems at the mill. POTENTIAL. As we have seen little or no production numbers from the mill ARE THERE problems?

In addition read what Joe posted and this article mentions Ben and is quoted in a local article:

< At the Benton Mine, the company still operates under an exploratory permit from the 1990s, according to Ben Mundie, reclamationist for DOGAMI.
That allows mining of only 5,000 cubic yards of material a year. Wilcox said ore from the Benton is 3.27 tons per cubic yard, so the permit allows about 16,000 tons, which would run the mill about 50 days at full capacity.
To go beyond, the company needs an operational permit, and there are only a handful of mines with a full operating permit in the state, Mundie said.
“They’re touting themselves as a fully operational, fully permitted gold mine,” Mundie said. “There’s going to be some engineering required to get that operational permit. It will have a lot tighter control than the current permit.”>>
