They just need to catch up to what's going on. The brokers are going to be real cautious. They sound like they are repeating the past info and something new is afoot. They are late to every party. Late to stopping the trading after the counterfeit news came out and late to find out that trading has/can resume. My opinion with no basis in any certainty.
