The TA goes by what the company tells them -

Any updates to this has to be done by the company i.e. when the company went from 5 BILLION to 11 Billion , they would have to notify the TA and so on and on and on !!!

If the TA was told one thing and it turned out to be another they will and can not be held as per the docs that companies have to sign in order for them to become their TA !!


Is this going to be the NEW NEWS - coming MONDAY oh wait TUESDAY uhhhh no it will be - GET REAL, this has been thrown back and forth for months, nothing was done becasue NOTHING IS WRONG !!
