Sequiam subscribes to Standard & Poors “Corporation Records” service that, among other things, serves as a recognized securities manual in many states (38 including Texas) for “Blue Sky Exemption” trading.

This satisfies manual exemption requirements.

Any confusion started by a particular poster about no filing with Texas Securities Commission was only done to create confusion. Basically, a non-issue again concerning the agenda of the "Know" it all that really "Knows" nothing.
