I too believe most of the float is in long hands and yes i was around when nello and company bought up a large block and it ran then, I feel at least 70% of the float is currently in long hands my only fear is those longs made decide to sell once this puppy runs above the .04 mark. With all the board marks here (over 700) just think how everyone could help their own cause by purchasing another 100K ea. for around $1250. Don't believe there would be enogh float to go around which would then cause the MM's to have to go get some.
