If you want to know what I feel about the funding. I just posted this on a PM to someone at my board.

He wanted to know what I thought about the new YA funding. My answer was based on my general trading style and SWVC falls into this philosophy;

Didn't care about Cornell which is now YA before. Don't care now. I'm not a long & strong investor in any OTC spec startup OTC stock. Toxic VC funding is the reason I don't invest and only trade on 3 month max cycles.

Usually the whole thing starts falling apart after month 3, on the OTC. And The company, the insiders, & VCs do fine, but retail pays the bill.

So I could care less about the size of the bill. I'm out the back door with the big guys! IMO all these OTC companies are wedding crashers. I just follow their lead
