If this company has 400+ Million shares of a stock worth $1+ why is it at .0001 - .0003 ????

Maybe because it has 5 TRILLION SHARES
Pumped that ALL SHAREHOLDER would receive divi's
Split prior by 1 for 2000 just as they continued to say NO SPLITS
and on and on , the drummer keeps banging the drum !!
