Well there are to seperate cases, I believe that the shareholders caused us additional time before we could trade being that I believe that Megas wanted to have that cleared up before moving forward. I also believe that the Megas suit was either required to find out who got what and where they got 'em. Or it was a requirement of some secret talks that the DTC or other bodies had with Megas and wanted to see before they would allow this to mov forward. Although I am not sure and this is no more then an uninformed opinion on my part.
