Better read that PR again. Think it said, they issued a bond, didn't say they were issued one. Notice it was another blank statement again. Take our word, we issued a bond. First AURC can't seem to get a bond, now they are issuing them. Kind of hard to believe. My opinion. The homsmade 43-101 should be a real doozy to read.
