I will NEVER forgive the Democrats' siding with Al Qaeda. The IRA had a political arm, Sinn Fein, Al Qaeda's political arm is the Democratic party. If the Democrats had half the zeal for winning the War on Terror, as they have for fighting the administration for partisan advantage, the war would have been over long ago.

Harry Reid said these interrogation techniques were wrong because they threatened our troops if captured. What planet has he been living on? Not one of our troops has been handled per the Geneva convention. We are not facing a conventional army, but a criminal organization. So, both the domestic and world media pummel our nation, while giving a free pass to the Terrorists. Every American soldier captured, has been tortured and murdered. Not a tear is shed by the Democrats, their anger is reserved for waterboarding and sleep deprivation, and other enhanced interrogation techniques. Would that our soldiers had been so mistreated by the enemy.

Al Qaeda targets children for murder, and the left blames Bush. Al Qaeda may be setting new standards for barbaric violence against innocents, yet not one peep against their atrocities, they are all attributed to the U.S. government.

I can hear the Democrats' platform now for 2008, vote for us, we will fight the War on Terror, but we won't do everything we can to win, and if there are casualties, military or civilian, regardless of who caused them, we will cease and desist operations, and retreat. We will not hesitate to send troops into combat if public opinion is behind such a move, but once casualties are incurred, and the public grows war weary, we will debate the merits of whether we should have gone into combat at all.
