If you believe what the PDR Exchange stands for, you would realize that they are not catering exclusively to the US market. There are investors that can not or do not want to invest in the US. PNMS may also be making for a break with the exchange so that a proper audit can be done of the US company without having to disclose workings of the Foundation.
