Littlefish, are you absolutely certain that earnings don't include a foreign exchange gain.

What about recognizing the NOL....the auditors may require them to recognize some of the previous years losses which may inflate the EPS.

I think this preannounced quarter is for the 4th quarter....and sometimes you get funky adjustments at year end.
