Well, either way I don't see it as good. It's kinda' like filing late. I'm sure I can count the times (on no fingers) that a company with good news chose to delay filings.

I doubt the interview has been held up because the person responsible wanted to wait until Dec 21st to give shareholders an extra special Christmas gift ;)

JMO but it's more probable in penny land that they wanted time to manipulate pricing to their (or toxic financing's) benefit.

Just a hunch based on years of watching these play out.
