no_fud...here's an email exchange i had with hunt thanks to your efforts...read bottom up...he wants us all to know that we are being kept in the dark about what they are doing until something actually happens, under the guise of responsibilty...i love the "some investors" part...it's like, "yeah, sure gene, there are investors that just want to be kept blacked out about what they've invested in, until they are either rich or broke."
if it quacks like a duck...
but really no_fud, major props on flippin stones dude, thank you for your efforts...i'm only bashing hunt, i think their policy is irresponsible...

Mr. Hunt,
Can you explain why we have to find out about progress that BCON is making via a message board poster?
I think as Investor Relations, and considering everything else that's happening ie; lawsuit, late application filings, etc, that you could do a better job at keeping your shareholders publicly informed.

Dear Sir:
It sometimes happens in the course of a company's business that certain pieces of information are disclosed in public forums, beyond the control or without the knowledge of that company. There have been instances in our history where a project that was only in the discussion stages with an organization was posted as news or listed as an agenda item on that organization's website. Our communications policy is that we will not discuss (or issue a press release about) a project, application, or contract while it is under evaluation or consideration. We have been very consistent in that regard, and though some company shareholders may prefer otherwise, that has been our approach and we view it as a responsible one.
When a project is confirmed, an application approved, a contract signed and received, or other material news in any area of activity occurs, please be assured that we will announce it.
Kind regards,
Gene Hunt
