called soda shop just now... Credit card machine is up place is busy and they will be selling tickets to the new years eve gala this upcoming week. I wouldnt make too much of out the convertible. Pinks are normally cash starved at first. I know a little about the man who provided them with capital. From what I know he is a Tampa Attorney and works pretty closely with the company, I dont think he will convert until the stock is strong.I think he is looking out and has h3 in his best interests.... Hopefully we can get a good solid base at these levels and start uptrending from here.....
