DipsetTampa, Florida is the location of the new H3 Enterprises Inc. Hip Hop Soda Shop, and it’s recent grand opening was distracted by an altercation between Jim Jones’ camp and Cassidy’s security.

Warner Bros. A&R director Jim Jones and Dipset/Def Jam act Juelz Santana reportedly vacated the shop’s VIP section when Cassidy, entourage in tow, arrived there. Jones’ people returned and a verbal spat ensued between them and Cassidy’s associates, after which the former left; Dipset, including Jones, reportedly returned minutes later, at which time Jones verbally engaged a Cassidy guard, then the latter was knocked out cold with a full bottle of champagne.

Dr. Ben Chavis, H3 Enterprises Inc. rep and Russell Simmons’ partner in the Hip Hop Summit Action Network, reportedly climbed the stage in his 11,000 square-foot- venue to condemn the violence and relax patrons. The Hip Hop Soda Shop contains over thirty big screen TV's and a full service recording studio. No arrest were reported at press time

The show reportedly proceeded, as Doug E. Fresh and Busta Rhymes rocked for a crowd of approximately five hundred. Andre Harrell, rapper Gucci Mane and Tango from season one of VH1's I Love New York were among those in attendance.
