I was thinking the same thing...

Why would a guy with a rep like his for turning around companies and making them viable enough to be sold get in bed with DLAV and all of this toxic filings...

How would this help either SH or the employees to turn around the company if in the end it will bleed all the way to the trips again....I mean as an employee with stock why would I even bother if I know that in the end my stock will be worthless and the company will probably fail....

If there is no hope what's stopping SH from just jumping ship now and saying FU*K it this puppy is a waste of my time and will tarnish my reputation...

What would he gain from lying to shareholders in order to help the toxic filers satisfy their monies owed?

It's just not logical, but then again this is the BB's....

Just wish I new what the real deal is here....
