I'm looking into the information FORD left. So far the web site is a bust and so is the phone number (1-416-572-2068). I was able to trace down another number and address in NY (1-718-670-3392). That number is also disconnected. I looked into the address:
387 Carling View Drive
Etobicoke, ONT M9W 5G7

it blongs to a company called GTA Pallots Inc. Their address claims to be in unit "C" so I'm assuming there are other businesses in the other units. I called them to see if they knew which one or to see if KSW is still there. No one answered so I left a message.

So far no one seems to be answering their phones today (could be the holiday). If I hear anything I'll post it.

But you should always look into this yourself. Don't believe me or FORD. It's as easy as picking up a phone. Most companies, if they exist, will be happy to talk their investors. And public records are not always kept up to date. So believing old records can get you into trouble.

Without any trace of the companies location it is difficult to get a hold of them. The transfer agent has the best chance of telling me who or where this company is. But until they get back to me. That is about as good as I can do.

And if FORD can prove me wrong and provide REAL evidence that the company still exists, I welcome it.
