Gotin & Bizz, good to know you are both on the inside with upper management. Would love to know what you and old George chat about Gotin. Personally, I prefer to do my communication with the company in writing. My past experience has made me more carefull. I think taking the time to write something down is acting more prudently than simply calling. Obviously you disagree Gotin.
Excuse my ignorance Bizz, about the share count. I can only assume there are considerably more than the 12 million shares outstanding than when I first invested in the company around 18 months ago. You see, I was told by Rich, and by FG, that Rich was very stingy with the shares of the company and dilution was something I need not worry about. All the while FG was positioning himself for pp shares on the cheap. He and some others became part of the problem, not the solution. Anyway, you say something about less than 30 million shares outstanding and then you say something about the REST being held by the company. As a stockholder I am very interested in what this REST is all about. What do you mean by "held by the company"? Are they issued and outstanding shares? Are they part of the PP that hasen't been subscribed to yet (but will be purchased later at $0.10 per share)? In other words, after SEVU gets rid of Christy, indicts JR, and changes the management team, then finally gets some sales to speak about, how much will they earn per share? If they earn say $6,000,000 in a quarter will they have earned a little over five cents a share, or will it be only one cent a share. You as a shareholder should be interested in the answer to this question. Maybe you and your good buddy Gotin can call George for us all and report back. Is there anyone else out there who wants to know? Please give us a breakdown of what the outstanding shares are all for. Or maybe you will simply choose to bash me instead.
