I'm not quite sure that's correct. Where was it confirmed that the company has no money? Where was it confirmed that they have no more employees?

From the news I have been following from the past few months, it seems as if money is tight because Henning seems to be using the bulk of it to continue normal operations and development to keep on schedule for the Feb 8th release.

As far as I know, they still have employees.
