Joe when I called the reclamationist for DOGAMI he said DGRI is producing under the exploration permit still which restricts mining to 5,000 cubic yard which we all know.What he seemed to say to me, IMO, (everyone do your own DD) as this is opinion, was that in effect has been NO work done and that DOGAMI has received NO paper work towards obtaining the commercial permit. Not sure if that is true but it got me out. In addition there was a remark made about problems at the mill. I did not seek further information as it was right before the market closed and I wanted out so completed the call in order to call my broker.

Dutch can only move 5000 tons period from Benton and then potentially 5000 from the gold bug per year. They have done nothing towards the commercial permit.

Joe keeps saying they will put the paper work into effect all at once. Maybe so. But this company never meets any time lines. Not time on the OTC. No time line on the permits. In frequent production numbers time lines etc.

One of these days for fun I am calling Mundie back. Then I will get some other names to call. Show that instead of a golden eagle this Dutch is a cross between a turkey and a dodo bird.

I also like how Dutch keeps saying they have so much more gold as they have drilled only 5%. Maybe they have drilled where the old prospectors know the only gold is. I own another REAL company with good production numbers of silver, silver-copper and silver-lead. They have an off take agreement with Teck. Listed on a major exchange. Their underground drilling is going well. They also own 10,000-20,000 acres in silver valley. But instead of saying silver is all over they have recently drilled a bunch of wildcat scout holes. I was told they got no joy. That is how a mine is to be ran not with phoney expectations. Dutch got a new drill this summer. They have their own lab. Where are these results? More smoke and mirrors. What a crock.
