KSW Industries Inc. (fka KSWJ)

KSWJ does not exist as a company...at least anywhere that I could find. Do some research. I tried to track them down about a year ago. I even talked to people in the same complex that KSW was supossedly located and no one ever heard of them. I'm not even sure there is a transfer agent for this stock anymore. The EM-100 prossess was patent pending. I don't believe it ever when through...if it ever really existed in the first place. I'm not sure if this is an empty shell stock or a scam (IMO). I'm not here to bash, just to warn people to not fall into this trap without knowing all the facts first. No address, no website, no phone number, SEC suspension, and no product...do the math.
