Nuke, if you go to pinksheets, you'll see that they just posted Q3 of '06 on Dec 4. So, they're trying to get current with their filings there, at least.

First step in getting their financial data together for any plans they have for uplisting.

Apparently, they replaced their auditor and attorney just recently.

I'm not expecting anything along the lines of auditted financials or an uplisting for '08. Too many other things to focus on at the present time, imo.

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
This letter will be published.
