I can,t remember all the details but in Illinois and New York, Personally yes, because of Corp Ownership. Not so in Florida, that's why mainly I live Down here. No personal income tax now. Before everything was tied up in Florida Trusts. Most likely Good excuse for florida filings at ??SAIL POINT. Just a guess. The taxes in those two states are rediculas.
