TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - December 19, 2007) - H3 Enterprises, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HTRE) HipHopSodaShop Grand Opening in Tampa was "a historic success," according to Hip-Hop and Hollywood star Busta Rhymes. H3's President and CEO, Dr. Benjamin Chavis, added, "We reached a very important milestone yesterday and last night with over 2,700 people coming out to celebrate the Grand Opening of the world's first HipHopSodaShop. Our customers and supporters enjoyed the delicious food and having the unique experience of playing Xbox 360s in our online video gaming center as well as purchasing branded merchandise," stated Dr. Chavis.

World renowned Hip-Hop icon, Doug E. Fresh, walked the red carpet and performed throughout the evening. Fresh emphasized, "The opening of this HipHopSodaShop has great significance as Hip-Hop business continues to evolve all over the world. This is positive excitement. It's putting a stamp of your own. From the old to the new to the future -- this is yours, this is ours and this is what economic and cultural empowerment is all about."

At a 12 noon ribbon cutting ceremony, Tampa Commissioner Mark Sharpe, stated, "We are pleased to welcome this new business to our city. Our young people need the positive encouragement that this type of restaurant and entertainment center offers. I plan to bring my family here."

Multi-platinum selling recording artist and Hip-Hop legend Busta Rhymes not only performed at the Grand Opening, but also went into the state-of-the-art recording studio inside the HipHopSodaShop and did a "free style" recording, rhyming a theme "This Is Da Hip-Hop Soda Shop."

Attendees came from many cities across the state of Florida, Alabama, Georgia, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and other states.
