Come on guys snap out of it SHEESH, some of you are on auto pilot it seems. Do your DD this is what is needed and what was forecast by the CEO previously.

Step down from the soapbox a second and read the PR once more please some of you. This is precisely what we are looking for SUBSTANCE. I have to side with the CEO under the circumstances this is a very good PR and I'll go further it ought to be encouraged.

Firstly we have one verified patent the Ecstacy detector, then the GHB patent in the new year and also he has delineated WHEN we will get governance on the trip to the states in October. Now think on this, if you receieved a patent how long did that take to R&D and win? I think you can agree it takes guts PRing this fact smack in the middle of tax loss season.

I can't agree this is not fluff at all, we have concrete information for today and down the road a few months. Yes of course remains to be seen if he does follow through that is the price of admission boys we know the rules. We already have SOME substance and we have a focusing glimpse now of what lies ahead. OK maybe someone would be partly correct in saying this is a modest or conservative PR but under the circumstances I don't think it wise to spill all the marbles at this time of the year. The market is looking for losers right now, not winners so investors can write down some woofers. From what we are being told and what was presented today IDTA is no "woofer".

Where the rub is ( and many are finding difficulty getting over) here is that we are certainly not seeing any reason for a 2 cent valuation in this PR. To be honest I never fully believed it from the get go, because it was taken out of context. It's not prudent to twist Yaacov's words when he is twisting them enough already, agreed? To refresh: the 2 cent valuation was originally predicted under the subject of any future takeover the CEO was defending your stock pure and simple.

If we were expecting financial info we previously were told Q2 is when that will come forth and don't forget he is on his own schedule that is a key clue to this log jam IMHO. No with all due respect I find it difficult to criticize this PR some I think are just crying in there beer. I get the sense many are looking for a silver bullet so they can quickly sell and move on. Well it didn't come today tough break but hey come on cheer up he even mentions something about the bomb detectors so yes incredibly delayed but apparently not dead. That my friends is very important governance for the bomb detectors were expected and designed to be the company builder. So again substance for ALL to read.

So I am surprised at the reaction by some of us longs because this in essence is exactly the TYPE of PR we need and many of you have been asking for! Yes you need to sift through the words but the guidance is there, look carefully. I'm grateful he has shed a little light on the bomb detectors because the company invested huge revenue to get those products to market ( your earnings!) and here today we at least have a glimpse of follow through so how can we fault the CEO here today? I am at a loss how to be honest, he has covered many important bases. Briefly yes but again note the timing of the trading season, this gentlemen is a prudent PR not to much not to little.

Bulldog your comment today to Mike 1991: "By keeping a lid on the information he is keeping a lid on the stock value.
"

Your exactly correct and this from a CEO who was persistently faulted by myself and many for leaking the info to early to the wrong hands so my question, what were you expecting? We can't have it both ways. I tell you bulldog his hands are tied he is being muzzled no other explanation currently necessary IMHO. Patience bulldog it's coming together bud yes you have a right to rant. You also have very good eyes for some savy DD so why not use 'em! wink

Well done Yaacov, stick to your word on financial info please sir extremely important and yes urgent also. More of this type of public information is most welcome in my books ANY old time. A refreshing change for the better BIG thank you to management for today's PR keep 'em coming. Merry Christmas everyone and all the best in '08!!!

Cheers... Rich
