This is showing as a dividend..my guess is the authorized shares are much higher and those are being held as treasury shares. Since this is a dividend to stockholders..those shares are coming out of the treasury shares which is a much higher total. We still don't know the amount of the authorized shares of which SPZI owns 120,000,000. Just my thoughts. We need a good primer on authorized, issued, float and restricted shares.
