What you read in the filing was conversion amounts & dates. No one knows what was sold, or for how much. That info is not in the filings. It's my take the VCs sold them into the runs & POPs when there was NO news to warrant the runs & POPs. Some could say they were dumped below bid. But again I felt the below bid large blocks seen was the VCs accumulating more, before they ran the stock. And they sold all in the up moves, not dumped in the stall lows.

I don't know. Just my opinion. And I think it's happening again, so I expect the same runs & POPs again. When the block accumulation stops.
