mAjOr dAmAgE...yes we should have a seat on the board..although I doubt that they will take any of our recommendations...after all they did not consult with us before acquiring Baron International which is a Local Sales Rep. of Glastender Inc.

We would have advised PRSU to acquire a real company not just a sales representative for dishwashers and beer kegs of Glastender Inc.

Oh well ...different minds different business decisions :):)
