Company Restructuring Underway:

Starting in January a new agenda will be announced. This is what I've been told.

1. Company name change is coming
2. Election of new Board of Directors
3. Press release scheduled for mid January

As I learn more, I'll post more.
Sounds like the company is about to be resurrected?
I'll be waiting and watching to see what is coming down the pike.
I've waited a long long time for this news. I'm a long private investor who bought into Amtex around 2 years ago.
I'm just as anxious as you are to learn what is planned for 2008.
All this sounds good but I won't be impressed until the share price rebounds to normal levels of trading.
