I don't believe that we settled for $0, that defies logic and common sense. We were the plaintiffs, we had a favorable Markman with many significant signers, IMO we were and are in the catbird seat. That said, even if we get a favorable PTO decision, which I also think is likely, what makes anyone who knows the history of the stock poerformance think that will remove all doubt and we will go to da moon? We have had many shocks with the SP, and unfortunately most have been to the downside. Still long, but very frustrated and trying hard to remain optimistic.
