Can you point me toward this info, tjak, please.

There is no regulatory restriction against shorting pinks, but I have yet to find a retail brokerage that is willing to do it.

pinksheets is currently showing 95,000 in short interest which is a pawltry amount. At the average PPS over the past week that would add up to just $3,000 or so.
