You have every right to be totally peed off about the merger. The company never announcing a record date is just beyond bad...total amateur hour. I've been saying all along as many of the diehards hear try to grasp onto something...anything...the chart?..please.....nothing matters until this so called company(can one guy selling shares actually be called a company?) actually starts to sell something.

No one is going to put money in a stock where there isn't a product. What does NWWV do? anyone????

My guess is the TA quit because 1) they weren't getting paid 2) They themselves had enough of the BS from the company.
