the point is, Burst offers no content. Burs does offer COMPETING technology and if Apple was going to use technology based on Burst patents, why would they announce that at Macworld. They never have before. I am 99.9% sure that Burst name will not be mentioned at the Keynote.

Having another DVR player buy them up would sound more logical.
