It is odd that a few months ago I recall seeing that the short interest ratio was high.

I recall seeing that information and it listed Intel short position as number of shares. At the time, I thought that was misleading because as a percentage of total shares the Intel short position was not high.

Note that this measurement is short shares as a percentage of float.
