Over 400k traded. Very average volume for RLTR. Big blocks 100k sold for 3c. It seems that we will see 0.2...and 0.1 and few days later 0.001. Someone is selling. It may be that company is being sold, so the purchaser do not have to pay shareholders nothing (or close to nothing)Otherwise why propagating big news with contracts etc.

Numbers speak for themselves. Fire sell at 3c today. Yesterday same was true to 4c, day before for 5c. PPS is downwords spiraling when we should be going upwards.
