Thanks, I know that no insiders have sold any stock from the company's PR person. Also I learned is that the company has to file when warrants are converted. At this time I have not seen any filed - have you. I also had it clarified that they do not have to be above 1 dollar for a listing on otb. This has has bothered me because I have seen big companies like GM steal technologies or buy them up for a song before. It looks like the 144 selling is not letting up. I do not see what they can do to stop this selling. PRs are not doing it. It looks like the MMs are in control for now. I just hope the people involved have gotten their friends cheap shares and they are about done.
On iceman - i have watched NCII dive. I wonder which person was the crook in this deal. Did Ice raise money for one of them and i wonder which one of the people involved stole the money. Boy it is the wild west with the stocks he recommends. You have to wait for the dust to settles to find out if it is a real company. He is a good market timer but you cannot trust what he says because there is always a hidden agenda and it sure is not in the interest for the small investor. He
makes his money on the stock he gets to help promote a company which is usually 5-7% of their float. So just as long as the stock does not go to zero he makes money. I believe these people are hired so the insiders and the PP can unload the stock before the company goes broke. I can say that NNRI management is not doing that because they have not sold any. If they sold some I would not mind because they are paying themselves peanuts and are scarifizing for the good of the company. Not many execs will do that today.
