What is going to turn it around?I looked at the ND oil and gas division site and as of 11/21 the well Quantum Wanner 27-1,file number 15602 was inactive and shut in,If you look at Township 139 Range 95 you will see that there are 7 dry holes around this hole,with no production ever,all shows were not commercial.Also it doesn't show this well on the confidential list so if some one wanted too they could call 701-628-8020 and maybe find out more on this IA shut in hole.
