Fundamentals don't seem to matter much with this stock. I hope the previous pattern doesn't prevail, namely with each signing, the stock price goes up a penny or two and then goes down. I have never seen a stock that I'm in act like this. This stock should be trading at more than $3.00 with the continuous signings and settlements. Shenanigans.
