That's the risk you take when you buy small cap stocks. The reward can sometimes be great, but the downside is that the risk is great as well. There is no free lunch, and there are no guarantees.

Either sell at a loss or keep holding, not much else to do IMHO. Blaming the company won't help, you're the one who bought the stock. Many times it's not even the company's fault that the stock is low, it's simply market conditions.

As I have said many times, I don't put money into small caps that I can't afford to lose.
