Different hypothesis: In November, after filing the 10K, TM caves and decides the only way to go forward is to cut the cert, making all previously sold shares valid back to 2005. Mar 31 '07, is just the next quarter in sequence, no sense filing any amendments when a 10Q does the same thing.
