Neuro, while I would love to see the scenario you paint re Cortex and RD take place, it seems to require a giant leap of faith to presume it will materialize. We haven't even proven efficacy yet and you've got CX717 on every crash cart in the US, Japan, and Europe.

As we know, the road to regulatory approval is strewn with minefields, and well, I just wouldn't be counting my chickens before they hatch.
