Thanks! I am sure you have done more DD than me on this one. I feel the courts should include the common shareholder in recovery as they have done with dphiq. I just could not find anything specific as I dug thru all the legal jargon. My understanding is/was it was a definite no-value to the common shareholder. Maybe I was wrong, however I admit I need to go back and read the docs more closely.
