I think I heard it on a Barry conference call the last week. It might have been a Sat call. I am not sure but that is what I think. I think barry stated it so I am not sure if it is true. At 5% then a 13D has to be filed. My biggest concern is if the company does not get the price up a competitor or someone wanting into this business could buy the whole company under 75M dollars.
