VYON Dividend to be paid Friday 12/21

Viyya's Board of Directors approved a stock dividend distribution of four (4) common shares of Virtual Ed Link stock to VYON shareholders of record as of December 21, 2007. The company expects the pay date to be on or before January 10, 2008
