I know noboby here wants to hear this, but it sure looks like there are way too many shares for sale. The company issued tens of millions of shares this year for pennies a share. It seems like many of those shares were used to fund the business and the people who own them are now taking profits. Until those overhanging shares are resdistributed to new investors who believe in the potential here, I think we're stuck between .18 and .24. (unless Dr. Chavis has lined up big time hip hop bucks to come in as the 1st store starts to operate).

P.S. I'll be happy to eat these words as the stock blasts off through 30 or 40 cents any time that might happen.
